Daniel Modafferi represents public entities, law enforcement, and a variety of private clients in civil litigation matters including civil rights and constitutional law, police practices, dangerous condition of property, employment law, personal injury, and products liability. Daniel’s thorough, aggressive approach has consistently produced favorable results for clients at all phases of litigation. Daniel also heads the firm’s appellate and writ practice. Daniel has secured favorable published and unpublished opinions from appellate courts throughout the state and in the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he has prepared amicus curiae briefs presenting important issues of law to the courts of appeal and the Supreme Court.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, and as President of The Federalist Society. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University, graduating summa cum laude as the Valedictorian of the Department of Economics, and also minoring in History and Italian.
